Terms and Conditions

Roadbook Ready is provided by The Roadbook Project Ltd for rally navigation training, education and preparation. These terms apply to the Roadbook Ready website, app, account features, training content, download and support routes. You are responsible for using the website and app safely and lawfully.

Roadbook Ready helps riders learn roadbook tulips, symbols, terminology and conventions. It is an educational training tool, not live navigation, event control, safety monitoring, emergency support or professional coaching. It does not guarantee rally performance, navigation accuracy, event safety or compliance with any organiser's rules. Always follow official event instructions, road laws, signage and your own judgement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt to access protected areas, admin tools, content management features or another user's data without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Roadbook Ready may offer free starter access, monthly access, lifetime access and other access options. Displayed prices, availability and features may change before or after launch. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, platform and checkout provider. The final price and renewal terms shown by Apple, Google, Stripe or another provider at checkout are the terms that apply. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded under the relevant app-store terms. Purchases made through Stripe or another payment provider are handled by that provider and any checkout terms shown at purchase. If a provider manages your subscription, deleting your Roadbook Ready account may not automatically cancel the subscription.

Roadbook Ready software, design, branding and training content belong to Roadbook Ready or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the service except where law allows. You may use the training materials for your own learning, but you may not scrape, bulk export, republish or build a competing service from them.

If you send support messages, content reports, feedback or similar submissions, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may use them to operate, secure, improve and support Roadbook Ready.

Roadbook Ready is not officially affiliated with FIM, Dakar, Rally Navigator or any third-party rally organisation unless such affiliation is explicitly confirmed.

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, including lessons, questions, pricing, free access and early-access features. Roadbook Ready is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, event results, riding decisions or third-party platform issues to the extent the law permits.
